Accessability

Dragsö Camping strives to ensure that as many people as possible can visit us and enjoy a pleasant stay. That is why we ensure that larger parts of our facility are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
All cabins in “Örlogsbyn” have a ramp up to the entrance door, larger toilets and wider doors to ensure that it is easy for all types of mobility impairments to move around inside the cabin. We also have three cabins in the World Heritage Village that are adapted in the same way, specifically cabins 24–26. If you are looking for a simpler alternative, all of our cabins in Skärgårdsbyn are adapted with a ramp.

If you come here with a motorhome, caravan or tent as a person with reduced mobility, there are good opportunities for a comfortable stay as all of our three service houses are equipped with at least one bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. More space, armrests by the toilet and a larger shower space are available in these spaces.

If you want a campsite near the service buildings, we recommend that you book early so that there are plenty of options. If you are unsure, do not hesitate to contact the reception.

For those who want to swim, there is a swimming pool for the disabled with changing rooms adjacent to the large beach on Dragsö. These spaces are managed by the municipality and are accessible to everyone! There is also a lift at the swimming pool that increases the possibility for the disabled to enjoy the summer. Harnesses and keys to the changing rooms are available to borrow at the reception.

If you come to us by car, camper or caravan, drive to Karlskrona C. From the access road to Karlskrona, there are signs for Dragsö Camping.

Karlskrona Central Station is only 3 kilometers from the campsite. There are nice cycle paths all the way from the station to Dragsö. Dragsö is signposted with brown signs for cyclists. It takes about 10 minutes to cycle and 30 minutes to walk from the station to the campsite.
